Working closely and reporting to the Senior Manager and Directors, the ideal candidate will be responsible for:
• Managing the Telesales and Marketing team dealing with Higher Education Institutions
• Nurturing the current portfolio of clients and ensuring the development of a new client base
• Conducing effective resource planning and optimize productivity of resources
• Collect and analyse Department’s statistics (sales rates, costs, customer service metrics etc.).
• Tracks paperwork process for incoming students
• Assume responsibility of budgeting and tracking expenses
• Coach and provide training to personnel to maintain high customer service standards
• Monitor KPIs
• Prepare and present daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Manage own individual client account
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing with a minimum of 5 years in Middle Management position within educational, hospitality or call centre environment
• Managing a team of people and enabling them to reach targets
• Knowledge of EU programmes, in particular Erasmus+ funds and similar programmes is considered an asset.
• Excellent communication (oral and verbal) in English
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Capacity to take initiatives and responsibilities.
• Capability to work in a team and under tight deadlines.
• Be proactive, efficient and organized
• Attention to detail and target orientated
• Report Writing
• IT skills, has knowledge of and experience in using computerised systems including MS Office

Paragon Europe is looking for a Senior Project Officer to join its Head Office in Malta.
Working closely and reporting to the Directors, the ideal candidate will be responsible to maintain established networks and create new ones, searching for new project collaboration and attend high level meetings with partners and possible collaborator/s.
• Have a degree in Science Engineering, Project Management;
• Have a minimum of 7-10 years plus experience in similar position and provide evidence of his/her performance;
• Have experience on applications of H2020, FP7 applications and other programmes;
• Have experience and managed the full project management cycle;
• Have experience of managing a team of Project Officers;
• Be able to motivate the team;
• Be capable to work with targets and deadlines;
• Be Ready to travel abroad;
• Have the ability to identify new collaborations and successfully manages these collaboration;
• Be able to intervene proactively and promote effective forward planning.
