Paragon Europe would like to introduce EU training grants scheme administered by the Employment Training Corporation. Any organisation: small, big, SME, cooperative, multinational and individual may benefit from these training grants. These grants offer financial support for the development of your human resources. Paragon Europe has been creating customised courses based on the needs, goals, concerns and opportunities of the company in question based on efficiency, effectiveness and professionalism. These courses do not only educate employees but motivate them to be part of the development and success of your organisation.
Your company may benefit € 250,000 a year for training. Each employee may be awarded up to € 4,000 per annum. The amount increases to € 10,000 per annum for certain qualifications. Eligible costs include trainers' fees, trainers' and employee travel expenses, training consultancy and personnel costs during training.
