• Providing dynamic Webservices into a harmonized and integrated environment of SMART-ISLAND platform to the citizens of Mediterranean island
• Extend already existing technology for available EU projects or developed by the partners to be intergraded into a common internet based platform
• Extend the core CityXML open standard to define a specific CityXML Application Domain Extensions (ADE) relevant to the pilots selected
• Transfer the 8 modules on the 3D Geobrowser globe platform
• Deploy several pilots in the area of Mediterranean islands and more specific to Malta, Cyprus, santorini, Skiathos, Hellenic Small Islands, spain, in order to test in real use case
• Link and share good practices among relevant EU project, islands authorities, city administration and citizens

Paragon's role in this project shall be mainly related to the Smart 3D Leisure pilot, where the company shall look at the application of smart web- services. Further to this, Paragon Europe shall play an important role in planning and supporting the consortium in developing communication and dissemination tools so as to ensure visibility and continuous flow of information between the different stakeholders. In addition to this, Paragon shall be providing the required information on the Maltese islands so as to ensure that the development of the Smart Islands platform and the Smart Islands pilot integrates the needs of the islands vis-s-vis its context.
