It is our pleasure to announce the award of a project, Teachers First – Using Emotional Literacy to improve VET Teaching in the 21st Century (EL4VET), under the Life Long Learning Programme of the European Union. Whilst we take this opportunity to inform you of the project, we would also like to invite you for a training workshop which will be conducted in Malta from 23rd to 24th June 2011 (8 hours on each day).
The two days training workshop is primarily designed for all those who are involved in VET teaching (teacher/trainers) and also the associations/ institutions responsible for monitoring the development, qualification and the accreditation in educational sector. The workshop will be facilitated by Dr Richard Majors, the Director of Innovation at the Applied Centre of Emotional Literacy Leadership and Research at the City of Wolverhampton College in the United Kingdom.
