Aim
The aim of Leonardo da Vinci Multilateral Projects 'Transfer of Innovation' is to improve the quality and attractiveness of the European VET system by adapting and integrating innovative content or results from previous Leonardo da Vinci Projects, or from other innovative projects into public and/or private vocational training systems and companies at the national, local, regional, or sectoral level.

Overview of project activities
- Development and agreement of monitoring mechanism for ensuring project progress
- Collation of existing research on emotional literacy and VET teaching through literature review within each country
- The Teacher Interactive Empathy Tool produced in an interactive online format that VET teachers can use going forward
- Workshops on the existing EL for teachers' methodology and use of the toolkit conducted with partners and VET teachers in each partner country- 2 days workshop with 12 participants from 10-12 different organizations
- Blog for ongoing discussion and support for partner and VET teachers
- Develop the Common Guideline Report to improve the transferability to other EU countries of the emotional literacy for teacher's methodology
- Establishing search engine optimization and relevant links to partner and other national sites to maximize website presence
- Establishment and use of relevant social networking tools to maximize dissemination

Paragon's Role
- 1. To test and ensure transferability of the emotional literacy for teachers methodology in each partner country (eg. through monitoring partner pilot training workshops in WP3)
- 2. To develop a Common Guideline to improve the transferability of the emotional literacy for teachers methodology to other EU countries, respecting each national context
- 3. To ensure incorporation into each country of one pilot training workshop run by the national partner with their own VET audience
- 4. Monitoring of the 6 pilot training workshops
- 5. Develop the Common Guideline Report to improve the transferability to other EU countries of the emotional literacy for teacher's methodology
